Product Features
●Without APEO;
●Excellent emulsification and dispersion properties;
●Good compatibility with other surfactants;
Applications
Emulsifier for aqueous emulsion systems of acrylates, styrene-acrylic acid and vinyl acetate. Based on 0.1 ~ 2% of monomer dosage. Can be added directly as a primary emulsifier for monomer pre-emulsification, or added in the reactor as a bottom emulsifier, and can be used in conjunction with non-ionic co-emulsifiers in emulsion systems.

Storage
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, avoiding sun and rain. The storage temperature should not be higher than 40 C. The suitable storage temperature is 0~35℃. Be sure to mix the material in the barrel before use. The product can be melted and homogenized by heating until it is ready for pumping, but the heating temperature should not exceed 50℃. Stirring is recommended as the preferred method of homogenization.
Surfactants are hygroscopic, so when the container is opened, the product will quickly absorb moisture from the environment, and air will enter the container, which may lead to slow oxidation of the product and eventually cause a darkening of the product or a decrease in pH value. Therefore, the product should be kept in sealed drums or containers and stored in a cool, dry place.
Under the above storage conditions, the shelf life of the unopened original packaging is one year from the date of manufacture, and the product can continue to be used after one year of retesting.
