【Performance and Application】 

COPS-1 is used in acrylic emulsions for the emulsion polymerization of acrylic acid, vinyl acetate, styrene, vinyl chloride and other co-polymerized monomers. At low dosages and in combination with conventional surfactants, it significantly improves emulsion solubility, improves water and scrub resistance, enhances mechanical stability, improves polymer antistatic properties, reduces foam during polymerization, reduces the dosage of conventional emulsifiers, and reduces caking tendency and viscosity loss on wetted surfaces. Reduces the tendency to agglomerate and reduces the loss of viscosity on wetted surfaces. It is suitable to be added as a kettle bottom liquid, and is more suitable for the polymerization of acidic systems. It is widely used in the modification of coatings, waterproofing, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, fabric finishing, floor polish, and stain release agents. COPS-1 In the field of water-soluble polymers, it can also provide hydroxyl and sulfonic acid groups for copolymerization with acrylic acid and maleic acid to form corrosion and scale inhibitors, with calcium resistance (CaCO3, 0.5%) up to 2250 PPM. It can also be used as resin modifier, chemical fiber product quality improvement agent and other modified manufacturing.

Packed in 25kg/drum, 220kg/drum. Keep in cool and ventilated place, store airtight with nitrogen when not in use. Avoid contact with strong acid and alkali, oxidant.
