XR-100 new environmental protection water-based cross-linking agent 

Product performance 

●XR-100 is a water-based cross-linking agent containing carbodiimide functional group (-N=C=N-), which is low in toxicity and environmental protection;

●XR-100 can cross-link with resin systems containing carboxyl groups to improve water resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance, and also enhance adhesion to substrates.

Application properties 

●Application system: suitable for aqueous acrylic, aqueous polyurethane and other aqueous polymer systems containing carboxyl groups;

●Drying temperature: the product can react with carboxyl groups at room temperature, the best drying conditions >50℃;

●Recommended dosage: 3~7% in aqueous polymer systems containing carboxyl groups. 

Storage stability 

Stored between 5℃ and 35℃ for at least 6 months.
